As the Controller, you’ll be at the heart of financial decision-making, working closely with operations, maintenance, commercial, and corporate finance teams to optimize performance and ensure alignment with company-wide policies. You’ll also lead ERP implementation and ongoing system improvements, giving you hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge financial technology in the aviation space.

Enjoy a highly visible position with significant career upside. As we scale, you’ll expand your leadership reach and deepen your expertise in a fast‑evolving market. You’ll also benefit from a collaborative culture, supportive leadership, and the chance to make a lasting mark on a brand new luxury brand.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing financial statements and reporting in line with GAAP and internal policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all periods.
  • Analyzing financial and operational performance to provide insights that help senior management optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Overseeing cost accounting for key airline operations, including fuel, crew, maintenance, leases, and ground services.
  • Building detailed financial models to track fleet economics, route profitability, and cost allocation across aircraft and bases.
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes, including fleet‑level planning and route‑level forecasting.
  • Supporting capital budgeting, lease vs. buy analyses, fleet acquisition decisions, and major investment reviews.

To succeed, you’ll need a deep understanding of airline economics, including cost structures, fuel management, maintenance cycles, and revenue allocation methodologies. You’ll also need to stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes that impact financial reporting and cost frameworks.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in an aviation environment (airlines, charters, MROs, or fleet management).
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, and operational finance.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
