Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate integrated master schedules for aerospace capital construction programs in Wichita, Kansas. You will coordinate with design, procurement, permitting, construction, and turnover teams and provide solid schedule insights to leadership.

Preferred candidates bring 10+ years of scheduling experience, expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong CPM and risk analysis skills to drive on‑time performance and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive project scheduling/controls experience on large, complex programs.
• Experience managing schedules with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale commercial/industrial facilities and mission-critical programs.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage IMS for complete program lifecycle.
• Integrate schedules across design, procurement, construction, and turnover.
• Establish WBS, calendars, and reporting standards for schedule governance.
• Perform CPM analysis to identify critical activities and risks.
• Provide schedule forecasts and recovery/mitigation scenarios.
