Job summary

Leopardo Construction is seeking a Project Manager I for aviation-focused projects in the Orlando area. This role oversees small to multiple small projects, coordinating budgets, schedules and field execution while supporting senior staff as needed.

Responsibilities include preconstruction support, bid review, subcontracts, RFI management, and client/vendor coordination to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery. Travel to national sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or architecture fields or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a Project Engineer; field experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and blueprints; read and understand plans.
• Familiarity with project management and accounting software; Autodesk Forma Build is a plus.
• Ability to travel to national jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction on negotiated projects and assist with budgets and estimates.
• Coordinate master schedules, critical path and project milestones.
• Manage subcontracts, RFIs, change orders and procurement logs.
• Oversee shop drawing/submittal processes for coordination and compliance.
• Lead meetings, communicate with owners, architects and the project team.
