Job summary

Leopardo Construction's aviation group in Dallas seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex aviation construction projects, overseeing administration, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and client relationships.

You will manage preconstruction tasks, bids, subcontracts, RFIs, safety and quality control, and coordinate with architects, owners, and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture related fields.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible role with estimating experience and an understanding of the business side of construction.
• Experience working on aviation construction projects strongly preferred.
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes and blueprinting; Viewpoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, execution and completion of complex/large projects.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and cost control; monitor profitability.
• Build and maintain client & architect relationships; manage communications between teams.
• Coordinate permits, subcontracts, RFIs, and change orders; review invoices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; ensure quality control and safety.
• Lead preconstruction efforts, bid reviews, and subcontractor negotiations.
