Job summary

Leopardo Construction is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee small-sized projects and assist Senior PMs on larger initiatives. The PM I will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, coordinating with Estimating, Field teams and Leopardo’s self-perform groups to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years of project engineering experience, with blueprints literacy and basic software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction/engineering/architecture.
• 3+ years experience as a Project Engineer; field experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of market/industry a plus; includes some estimating experience.
• Proven record of success on singular small-sized projects.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints; basic construction tech knowledge.
• Familiar with project management and accounting software; Viewpoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects; assist in budgets and estimates.
• Prepare and monitor general conditions budgets; work with estimating.
• Coordinate permit applications and submittals as required.
• Negotiate and write subcontracts with leadership; ensure proper insurance in place.
