Job summary

Leopardo Construction in Dallas seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead aviation construction projects. You will oversee administration, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of complex programs, while coordinating with teams, clients, and A/E firms to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The role emphasizes preconstruction budgeting, bid evaluation, subcontract management, and rigorous cost control, with opportunities for advancement within Leopardo’s aviation group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture related fields or equivalent training and related experience.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible role with extensive estimating experience and an understanding of the business side of construction; field experience is a plus.
• Experience working on aviation construction projects strongly preferred.
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects.
• Deep understanding of each phase of the construction process, including architectural design and blueprinting; Viewpoint knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of administration, execution, and completion of complex and/or large-sized projects.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and implementation; monitor productivity and profitability.
• Manage communication between teams; resolve conflicts; cultivate client & A/E relationships.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and general conditions; review costs and pay applications.
• Coordinate permits, subcontracts, RFIs, change orders, and required meetings.
• Develop detailed project schedules and cost projections; ensure inspections and quality control.
