ARCO National Holdings in Framingham is seeking a Project Manager to lead aviation construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with owners, design teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of hangars, MRO and airport facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, a related engineering degree, and willingness to travel up to 25% nationwide; relocation to Boston area is supported.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with aviation facilities preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Based in Boston, MA, or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Manage aviation construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners and design team.
• Lead complex aviation projects including hangars, MRO, and airport facilities.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope and offer value engineering ideas.
• Support pursuits with site reviews, schedules, budgets, and client meetings.
• Lead subcontractor buyout and ensure alignment with schedule and budget.
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Travel 25% nationally.
