Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Engineering Project Manager to lead airside, landside, and airport facility projects from planning through delivery in Boston, Providence, Burlington, or Norwell.

You will manage diverse teams and coordinate with sponsors, regulators, and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate has a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of progressive engineering experience including 2 years in project

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; PE license preferred.
Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience, including 2 years in project management.
Advanced proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D; strong QA/QC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead airside, landside, and facility projects from planning through implementation.
Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction for aviation projects.
Coordinate contracts, documentation, and collaboration with clients, regulators, and subcontractors.
Drive project financial performance including budgeting and forecasting.
Develop health and safety plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
