Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah is seeking an Acft Component Repair Tech II to repair and overhaul aircraft assemblies in a high-skill environment. You will interpret blueprints and engineering drawings, use precision measuring tools, and fabricate or replace parts as needed.

Under moderate supervision, you will work on landing gear, hydraulic components, and electrical harnesses, ensuring conformance with repair station requirements and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to interpret blueprints, engrg docs and use precision measuring tools.
• 2 years experience in sheetmetal, hydraulic overhaul, electrical/electronic harness, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul internal and external aircraft assemblies and components per Gulfstream Repair Station requirements.
• Perform removals, repair or replacement of parts and fabricate replacements per blueprints and manuals.
• Set up and operate test equipment to perform functional tests and return parts to service.
• Inspect parts to ensure conformity with maintenance data and drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area; follow FAA RS requirements.
