Gulfstream Aerospace Lincoln is seeking an Aircraft Component Repair Technician 2 for the second shift to repair and overhaul electronic components and assemblies. You will read schematics, use precision measuring tools and test equipment, and perform soldering per IPC standards on complex circuits.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience; overtime and alternate shifts may be needed to meet peak business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, blueprints, engrg docs interpretation.
• 2 years experience in sheetmetal, hydraulic overhaul, electrical/electronic harness buildup, electrical systems troubleshooting, battery servicing, APU removal, installation, and servicing.

Responsabilités

• Repair and overhaul internal and external aircraft assemblies, subassemblies and components.
• Perform repairs of mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies per blueprints and manuals.
• Set up and operate test equipment to perform functional tests.
• Inspect parts to ensure conformity.
• Demonstrate repair techniques including soldering and coatings.
