Job summary

Comlux America is seeking a Completions Coordinator in Indianapolis to support the aircraft completion team. You will coordinate materials, tooling, and documentation, and serve as the central liaison among Production, Engineering, Materials, and Quality to keep schedules on track.

Responsibilities include tracking critical parts, supporting planning and daily admin tasks, and maintaining project records and dashboards to ensure timely execution and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, aviation, logistics, or administrative support roles.
• Experience supporting production, maintenance, completions, or aerospace operations preferred.
• Ability to read/write/speak English; valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing, movement, delivery, and staging of materials, parts, tooling, and documentation for aircraft completion activities.
• Act as main liaison between Completions team, Production, Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, Operations Support, and Quality.
• Monitor material shortages, backorders, engineering releases, and action items; escalate schedule risks.
• Maintain aircraft action item logs and ensure tasks are tracked to completion.
• Attend production and status meetings; provide updates on outstanding material and support needs.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, report prep, and meeting coordination.
