Job summary

Comlux America is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Indianapolis, IN team, acting as the primary engineering representative for VIP aircraft completion projects. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts, ensuring STC development and compliance with 14 CFR / EASA Part 25.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will manage project schedules, budgets, and interfaces with OSVs, program management, production, and regulators to deliver certifiable interior completions on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering; 12+ years experience may qualify in lieu of degree.
• Experience in aircraft completions, Part 25 certification processes, and STC development.
• Proficient with project management tools and reporting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to develop certifiable interior completion designs.
• Develop integrated project schedules and track milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Lead project planning, tracking, and reporting including risk assessments.
• Interface with OSVs and regulators to ensure compliance with 14 CFR / EASA Part 25.
• Prepare technical reports and status updates for leadership and customers.
