The role requires strong phone communication, basic math, and reliable computer skills. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and web-based bid boards around a 3 PM to 3 AM shift.

Qualifications

• Must have good telephone communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and internet proficiency.
• Candidate must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Must be proficient in basic math; able to estimate freight fits for different aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and courteous customer service attitude.
• Use flight following software to generate quotations.
• Track status of aircraft, flight crews, and coordinate booked flights with maintenance, crew scheduling, and operations.
• Coordinate ground handling for aircraft and customs accommodations for flights.
• Collaborate daily with flight coordination to determine rates and availability.
• Provide support to flight following and flight crews when needed.
