Job summary

Aero is seeking a Charter Experience Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics of private charter operations, interfacing with guests, brokers, crew, and internal teams to deliver an elevated experience.

You will coordinate pre-flight details, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain records, and look for process improvements while supporting cross-functional partners in a hybrid, office-and-field role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aviation, hospitality, or related field.
• 2–5 years in aviation operations, charter ops, or premium travel coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for charter guests and brokers throughout each trip.
• Coordinate pre-flight logistics: catering, stock, ground handling, and fueling.
• Maintain trip documentation and distribute to crew per procedures.
• Collaborate with OCC, flight ops, and vendors to ensure on-time flights.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to crew.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service standards.
