Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• 5 years' operational experience in ground handling, cargo, or aircraft fueling services.
• Excellent safety practices, procedural compliance and operations delivery.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to coach and motivate teams for high quality standards.
• Ability to resolve problems with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a ground operations team during shifts.
• Coordinate task assignments for turnaround and warehouse areas.
• Ensure SOP adherence and safety compliance.
• Resolve complex system and ticketing issues.
• Capture service data for invoicing and reporting.
• Elevate customer complaints to Duty managers when needed.
• Conduct daily QHSSE checks and inspections.
• Act as technical expert on the ground when required.
