Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Cargo Warehouse Supervisor to lead a turnaround and warehouse operations, ensuring safety, security and quality in line with SOPs. You will coach a team, allocate tasks, monitor performance and report on flight and cargo activity for invoicing.

The role is full-time, based on site at multiple locations, offering health and retirement benefits, paid time off and a strong focus on safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in ground handling, cargo, or related services.
• Strong safety practices and procedural compliance knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a turnaround/warehouse team on shift basis and allocate tasks.
• Act as technical expert on ground operations and system issues.
• Coach and coordinate the team for tasks per SLAs and safety rules.
• Ensure accurate service capture for invoicing and reporting.
• Enforce SOPs and safety procedures during shifts.
• Stand in for Duty Manager when required.
• Provide team with clear work instructions and training on the job.
