Swissport is seeking a Cargo Warehouse Supervisor to oversee loading/unloading of air cargo, ensure timely documentation, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance. The role leads a team during turnarounds, coordinating tasks and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of operational experience in ground handling, cargo, or aircraft fueling services.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong safety and procedural compliance knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Be a functional member of the operations team on a shift basis.
• Act as technical expert on the ground.
• Coach and coordinate the assigned team.
• Record and report service activity for invoicing and flight/task reports.
• Allocate tasks during turnarounds in warehouse.
• Ensure SOPs and safety rules are followed; supervise Emergency Procedures.
• Stand in for Duty Manager as required.
• Lead on-the-job training and provide performance feedback.
