• Oversees loading and unloading of cargo from aircraft.
• May manage teams within and across operations.
• Ensures compliance with aviation regulations, safety protocols, and security measures.
• Administers inventory controls, audits cargo documentation, and uses ground support equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Manages overall cost and financial impact of operations.
• Builds alliances with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Monitors and enhances procedures; oversees training programs and performance standards.
• Applies understanding of the UPS network to adjust local activities and address contingencies.
• Acts as SME in regulated locations, evaluating processes, managing risk, and ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Delivers hands-on work related to core UPS business operations; follows established processes to work efficiently and safely.
• Performs manual tasks under close supervision; little to no prior training required.
