Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to oversee ramp operations, training, and development. You will lead a team responsible for safety, productivity, and attendance, driving quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage resources, and a commitment to safety. This is a permanent, on-site position with opportunities to grow within a Fortune Global 500 logistics leader.

Qualifications

Able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
Flexible availability up to 5 days per week.
Must meet local age and vehicle operation requirements.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, develop, and hold ramp employees accountable for safety, production, and attendance.
Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
