Job summary

Faith Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Aviation practice and serve as an embedded extension of staff for a major airport authority in the New York/New Jersey region. The Project Manager will support the client's Core Capital team in managing core and state of good repair projects across EWR, JFK, LGA, SWF, and TEB, including delivery of the client's 2026-2035 Capital Plan.

This hybrid position is on site four days per week with one remote day, for an anticipated

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience handling complex infrastructure projects.
• Airport project experience strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing RFPs and procurement documents including Design-Build.

Responsibilities

• Manage aviation capital and operating projects through all life-cycle phases.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and KPIs for programs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Security.
• Review schedules, manage risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare procurement packages, work orders, and bridging documents for design-build.
