Job summary

TechTriad, Inc. is seeking experienced Project Managers to support major aviation infrastructure and capital improvement projects across the New York and New Jersey region.

You will lead projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out, coordinating with engineering teams, contractors and stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture and at least 5 years of PM experience, with strong scheduling, budgeting and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in infrastructure capital or construction projects.
• End-to-end project lifecycle management experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple infrastructure and capital projects from planning through close-out.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, milestones and implementation plans.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Prepare status reports, KPI dashboards and executive presentations.
• Manage project documentation and contracts.

Location: New York / New Jersey (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

Duration: 4 Years

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support major aviation infrastructure and capital improvement projects across in the New York / New Jersey region.

The selected candidates will manage multiple infrastructure and capital projects throughout the complete project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final project close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple infrastructure and capital improvement projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, milestones, and implementation plans.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, and project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and project close-out activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in infrastructure capital projects or construction projects.
• End-to-end project lifecycle management experience.
• Experience in construction procurement and construction management/administration.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, scope, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between airport locations.
