Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support aviation capital programs on-site in Austin, TX. You will help run governance, organize meetings, and prepare governance submittals, agendas, and action logs for leaders and stakeholders.

You’ll develop training materials, coordinate sessions, and support change management and document control using Procore and Power BI dashboards. This role requires collaboration with PMs, CMs, and executives to maintain current processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting governance, meeting coordination, and records management.
• Experience developing training materials, quick-reference guides, and process documentation.
• Working knowledge of Procore; familiarity with Power BI dashboards and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Support program governance: schedule meetings, assemble agendas, review packages, and record decisions.
• Coordinate training sessions and produce training aids; keep materials up to date.
• Support Change Management and Document Control; track change status and document intake.
• Prepare dashboard content for meetings; collaborate with the digital team to gather requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, develop presentations, and track action items to closure.
• Develop and maintain program processes, procedures, and templates in the delivery manual.
