Job summary

Consertus-US is seeking a Change Manager to own the contract change management for a large aviation capital program. This on-site role in Austin, TX coordinates approvals, governance, and baseline budget adjustments, ensuring clear status across reviews and teams.

You will manage end-to-end change workflows in Procore, improve processes, prepare governance packages, and track KPI dashboards with Power BI. A 7+ year background in change management or project controls and hands-on Procore

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, contract administration, project controls, or cost management on large capital programs.
• Hands-on Procore experience with Change Events/Change Orders/Budget/Prime Contracts/Commitments and approvals; DocuSign experience preferred.
• Knowledge of public-sector contracting and approval processes; municipal or airport-owner experience is a plus.
• Experience with CMAR, design-build, GMP delivery methods, including contingency and allowance management.
• Understanding of change pricing review and of cost and schedule impact analysis.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, and owner financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business; equivalent experience accepted.
• Certifications such as CCM, PMP, CCP, or Procore certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Change Management processes in Procore from events to executed changes.
• Administer governance for approvals, amendments, and baseline budget adjustments; ensure auditable records.
• Maintain change baseline budget and contingency processes; coordinate with budget managers.
• Publish prioritized change lists; lead coordination meetings with PMs, construction managers, and finance.
• Track KPIs (cycle time, aging, volume/value); support Power BI dashboards; train teams on the change process.
