Consertus in Austin, TX seeks a Program Coordinator to support governance, training, and documentation for a major aviation capital program. You will work with program leaders, PMs, CMs, and stakeholders, ensuring meetings run smoothly, training materials are current, and dashboards are prepared for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an assistant project manager, project or program coordinator on capital construction programs; aviation or public infrastructure experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Governance: schedule meetings, assemble agendas, record decisions and actions.
• Training: identify needs, coordinate sessions, produce quick-reference guides, keep materials current.
• Change management: support the Change Manager and Document Controller, track status and updates.
• Dashboards: communicate updates to program users and leadership; prepare dashboard content.
• Stakeholder meetings: coordinate meetings with airlines, executives, and stakeholders; develop presentations and summaries.
• Processes: develop and document program processes, templates, and delivery manuals.
• Organizational change: plan and execute change management; build buy-in and measure adoption.
