Job summary

Consertus in Austin, TX, seeks a Change Manager to own the contract change process for a large aviation capital program. You will drive changes from identification to execution in Procore, administer governance for approvals and budget adjustments, and align reviewers, approvers, and project teams on priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, contract administration, project controls, or cost management on large capital programs.
• Hands-on Procore experience with Change Events, Change Orders, Budget, Prime Contracts and Approvals.
• Working knowledge of public-sector contracting and approval processes.
• Experience with CMAR, design-build, GMP contracts including contingency and allowance management.
• Understanding of cost and schedule impact analysis.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Power BI, and owner financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CCM, PMP, CCP, or Procore certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end change workflow in Procore, from change events to executed changes.
• Ensure change descriptions, reason coding, cost and schedule impact, funding source, and documentation are complete.
• Monitor Procore workflows daily, clear bottlenecks, and elevate overdue items.
• Maintain the program change log as the single source of truth for change status.
• Coordinate with project teams on negotiations and handoffs between design, construction, and management.
• Prepare governance packets and track decisions, actions, and approvals.
• Track change KPIs and support Power BI dashboards.
