Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Contract Change Manager to own the end-to-end change workflow in Procore for a major aviation capital program in Austin, on-site. The role administers governance for contract changes and budget adjustments, coordinating with project teams to ensure timely decisions and auditable records.

You will drive process improvements across change governance, baseline budgeting, and communications, with strong emphasis on schedule and cost impact analysis for complex projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, contract administration, project controls, or cost management on large capital programs; aviation or major public infrastructure experience is a plus
• Hands-on Procore experience, including Change Events, Change Orders, Budget, Prime Contracts and Commitments, and approval workflows; DocuSign experience preferred
• Working knowledge of public-sector contracting and approval processes; municipal or airport-owner experience is a plus
• Experience with alternative delivery contracts (CMAR, design-build, GMP), including contingency and allowance management
• Understanding of change pricing review and of cost and schedule impact analysis

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end change workflow in Procore, from change events to executed prime contract and commitment change orders
• Verify changes include scope, reason coding, cost/schedule impact, funding source, and supporting docs
• Maintain the program change log as the single source of truth
• Coordinate negotiations with designers/contractors and escalate when needed
• Administer governance for contract approvals and budget adjustments; ensure approved paths and signatures
• Process baseline budget adjustments and maintain alignment with owner systems and reporting
• Publish hot-changes status and lead change coordination meetings
• Track KPIs and support dashboards; train project teams on the change process
