Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of aviation cabin cleaning experience.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct cabin cleaning crew during your shift.
• Manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage for each shift.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and management.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new team members.
• Assist with cabin cleaning duties as needed.
