Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Cabin Services Supervisor in Phoenix to ensure cabin cleaning crews operate efficiently and safely between flights. Ideal candidates have at least one year of aviation cabin cleaning experience and prior leadership or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year aviation cabin cleaning experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of cabin cleaning crews for assigned shift/zone.
• Manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage for shifts.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and management to minimize delays.
• Observe and enforce AGI safety regulations and company policies.
• Delegate work to ramp team members to ensure timely flights.
• Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new team members.
• Assist with all cabin cleaning duties as needed.
