Job summary

Alliance Ground International in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Cabin Services Manager to oversee aircraft cabin cleaning, ensuring on-time departures and safety standards. You will supervise Crew Chiefs and cleaning teams, manage staffing, communicate with customers and management, and enforce policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crew Chiefs and cabin cleaning team members during shifts.
• Manage manpower to ensure adequate staffing for cabin cleaning operations.
• Act as primary contact for customers and management to prevent delays.
• Enforce all safety regulations and company policies.
• Delegate tasks to ensure on-time departures and clean cabins.
• Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for staff.
• Assist with cabin cleaning duties as needed.
