Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Cabin Services Manager to oversee the efficient and safe cleaning of aircraft cabins and ensure flights are prepared for departure. You will supervise cabin cleaning crews, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with customers and management to prevent delays.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of aviation cabin cleaning experience and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of aviation cabin cleaning experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in aviation.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cabin cleaning crews and Crew Chiefs during assigned shifts.
• Manage manpower to ensure adequate staffing for cabin cleaning operations.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and management to prevent delays.
• Enforce all AGI and airline safety regulations and company policies.
• Delegate tasks to ensure flights are cleaned and prepared for on-time departures.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching for team members.
