Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Cabin Services Lead to ensure the cabin is cleaned, restocked, and prepared for flights with strict attention to detail. You will supervise a crew, enforce policies, and uphold safety standards to support 24/7 operations.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cabin cleaning experience, are comfortable with flexible shifts, and can obtain airport security clearance. US work authorization is required; position is on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous airline cabin cleaning experience required.
• The ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a 10-year background check.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of agents on each assigned flight to ensure all duties are carried out and policies followed.
• Remove trash and debris from seats and pockets; ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories; restock supplies as needed.
• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
• Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.
• Empty lavatory tanks and refills as required.
• Be flexible and perform other tasks to meet operational needs.
