The role coordinates with ground operations to support timely turnarounds and maintains cleaning supplies inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cabin service agents to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of aircraft.
• Assign tasks and ensure cleaning standards and schedules meet airline guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols, including handling cleaning supplies safely.
• Inspect cleaned cabins to ensure cleanliness and absence of hazards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order materials as needed.
• Coordinate with ground operations and flight crew to ensure timely turnarounds.
• Train and onboard new staff, ensuring understanding of procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report incidents to management.
