Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Cabin Services Supervisor to lead cabin cleaning crews and ensure efficient, safe aircraft preparation. The role requires at least one year of aviation cabin cleaning and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with team members and station leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct cabin cleaning crews for assigned shift/zone.
• Manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and management to minimize delays.
• Enforce AGI and airline safety regulations and company policies.
• Delegate ramp team duties to ensure on-time departures.
• Conduct training and coaching for new team members.
• Support cabin cleaning team duties as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
