Job summary

Fontainebleau Aviation A SKYSERVICE COMPANY is seeking a Brand Ambassador to elevate the client experience at our FBO. You will foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they perceive a distinct difference from prior experiences and remain loyal.

You will represent the brand, coordinate between executive and operations teams, and participate in industry events to network with potential clients, while continually learning about the business and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years aviation or related customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with aviation software (X1, FlightBridge) preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
