Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is looking for a detail‑oriented Billing Coordinator to join our MRO team. You will open and bill work orders, coordinate multiple projects, and support pricing accuracy across departments.

You’ll communicate with sales, service, parts and vendors, resolve billing disputes, and ensure timely filing of warranty and maintenance claims. Strong organization and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and bill work orders from signed proposals and templates.
• Assist leads and project management with pricing, posting, and timely billing.
• Serve as central contact for sales, managers and supervisors for work orders and scheduling.
• Coordinate with service, parts and vendors to ensure proper billing and filing of warranty/maintenance claims.
• Address billing disputes and draft credits/debits per company policy.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Work independently and coordinate multiple projects as assigned.
