Job summary

West Star Aviation seeks a Project Manager to coordinate aircraft maintenance projects, FAA paperwork, and customer communications. You will manage work orders, schedule activities, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high service levels.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple teams in a fast paced aviation environment. On-site work in Chattanooga, TN is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe and Powerplant license beneficial.
• Aviation training and college education beneficial.
• Experience with FAA paperwork and billing processes.
• Strong customer service orientation and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and coordinate with customers on project scope and approvals.
• Interface with department managers; plan and track aircraft work flow.
• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company safety rules.
• Support Sales and Contracts as needed; follow up after departure.
