You will coordinate with sales, service, parts and vendors, resolve disputes, and support management with credits and debits, while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in billing or accounting is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open work orders from signed proposals and templates to ensure consistency.
• Assist leads and project management with pricing accuracy and billing of work orders.
• Serve as central contact for sales, managers, and supervisors to open work orders.
• Work independently on multiple projects and coordinate tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate with service, parts and vendors for proper billing and warranty/maintenance claims.
• Assist with billing disputes and prepare proposed credits/debits following policy.
• Communicate clearly in English.
