West Star Aviation in Collinsville, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Coordinator to manage service requests, review contractor estimates, negotiate costs, and track repairs from initiation to completion.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and vendors, maintain thorough records of estimates, approvals and payments, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with FAA guidelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel is preferred but not required.
• Experience in repair coordination or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and repair management software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage repair requests from clients, tenants, or vendors.
• Review repair estimates and negotiate costs for fair pricing.
• Communicate with contractors and internal teams to schedule repairs.
• Track repair progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of all repair transactions including estimates and payments.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify savings and efficiency.
• Address and resolve repair-related disputes or escalations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and FAA regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
