AIM's Indianapolis campus is seeking a results-driven Admissions Representative to connect prospective students with FAA-approved aviation maintenance programs and drive enrollment. You will conduct outreach by phone, email, and in person, manage the admissions process, and help students take meaningful steps toward a career in aviation maintenance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service with KPI experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and fit.
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings.
• Achieve enrollment goals by meeting KPIs.
• Guide students through admissions steps: inquiry, appointments, interviews, documentation, enrollment.
• Follow up to address barriers and maintain engagement.
• Track application status and maintain CRM records.
• Represent AIM at recruitment events and career fairs.
