Job summary

GAT Airline Ground Support is seeking a dynamic administrative professional in Boise, Idaho to support staffing, payroll, and general office operations in a fast-paced aviation environment. You will work with the General Manager and HR to recruit, screen applicants, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Strong computer skills and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: work with GM and HR to ensure staffing levels and reduce turnover.
• Source, screen and interview applicants using competency-based guidelines.
• Review and maintain an applicant tracking system.
• Assist management with staffing and training.
• Conduct on-board orientation and onboarding processes.
