Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Accounts Manager to oversee a business unit, maintaining assets, staff, and customer relations while ensuring compliance with contracts and security regulations. You will manage daily operations, supervise personnel, and supervise GSE maintenance and budgeting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of management experience, and strong TSA knowledge. Weekend and holiday availability may be required as part of operations.

• Requires strong communication and relationship-building with airport authorities.
• Experience in overseeing operations and staff in aviation-related environments.
• Understanding of TSA regulations and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities and participate in the airport community.
• Ensure account operations align with contract terms and service levels.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and develop leadership succession plans.
• Oversee ground support equipment maintenance and long-term planning.
• Manage attendance, staffing coverage, and labor budgets.
• Maintain compliance with TSA legislation and corporate security program.
• Conduct audits for operational continuity and regulatory adherence.
• Implement site-specific security plans and ID verification for all staff.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
