• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in aviation or a related industry.

• Experience in budget management, scheduling, and labor cost allocation.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train staff.

• Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities.
• Ensure operations per contract terms and service level agreements.
• Supervise staff and develop leadership succession.
• Oversee GSE maintenance and long-term needs analysis.
