Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to maintain client records, drive satisfaction, and promote new business within our aviation client base. You will manage payments, address issues, and coordinate service delivery across internal teams.

You will develop new partnerships, monitor KPIs and SOPs, and collaborate with sales for upsell opportunities while ensuring contractual requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer management or sales experience.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry.
• Ability to work in English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Eligible to work in the United States; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand requirements.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor accounts, track performance metrics, and analyze data.
• Prepare and present reports to clients with performance and recommendations.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales to upsell and cross-sell within client accounts.
• Ensure contract requirements are met for each position.
• Assist with tip reporting, logs, and staff shift support.
• Ensure all new staff have on-the-job training.
• Communicate with airlines and customers to provide service.
• Ensure staff safety standards.
• Counseling, coaching, and participating in disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate regular attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
