Atlantic Aviation is seeking a Client Relations Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our network of FBOs. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers and crew, coordinate service requests, and promote our aviation services with a focus on luxury and safety.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, smooth operations across locations, and collaboration with sales teams to identify growth opportunities within the aviation community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless, luxurious experience for customers and crew.
• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Offer personalized service including refreshments and special requests.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, inviting lobby and promote Atlantic Aviation services.
• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with Sales/Customer Experience teams.
