Job summary

Mythics seeks an Avature AI SME to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Avature AI capabilities across Talent Acquisition and related workflows. You will drive scalable, compliant AI solutions, partner with HR and technology teams, and champion adoption, training, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work model.

You will configure Avature Copilot, AI agents, and automation, optimize semantic matching and candidate experiences, and ensure governance and explainability across

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of HR technology / ATS experience.
• Hands‑on Avature platform configuration and implementation.
• Proven experience implementing Avature AI capabilities in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Avature AI‑enabled solutions across recruiting, CRM, onboarding, and talent workflows.
• Configure and deploy Avature Copilot, AI agents, and automation use cases aligned to business processes.
• Implement AI use cases such as job description generation, sourcing support, candidate screening summaries, interview guidance, and onboarding briefs.
• Design conversational AI/chatbot experiences for candidate engagement and support.
• Optimize semantic matching and skills‑based hiring capabilities.
• Define AI governance, controls, explainability, and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with business, HR, and technology stakeholders to redesign processes.
• Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.
