Job summary

Mythics seeks an Avature AI SME to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Avature AI capabilities across Talent Acquisition and related workflows. Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Avature AI SME to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of Avature AI capabilities across Talent Acquisition and related workflows. The role requires hands‑on expertise in Avature AI including Copilot, Agentic Automation, conversational AI, semantic matching, and AI‑enabled recruiting/onboarding workflows. The candidate will drive scalable, governed, and business‑aligned AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of AI governance, explainability, and compliance.


• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Avature Portal Builder and candidate experience design.


• Integration experience (APIs, middleware, Junction).


• Experience with global TA transformation programs.


• Knowledge of skills intelligence and workforce planning.


• Experience in onboarding or Offer to Day 1 transformations.
