Job summary

GCA is seeking an Associate Technician to support US Army TRADOC VTC/AV services. You will perform routine maintenance on cameras, microphones, projectors, displays, touch screens, smartboards, and audio systems at client sites.

The role requires proficiency with Crestron touch panels, Tandberg codecs, and MCU equipment, along with Secret clearance and IAT Level I certification. You will collaborate using MS Office applications to coordinate installations.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Crestron touch panels and Tandberg codecs.
• Secret clearance required.
• IAT Level I certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Installs and tests VTC/IPTV/AV cables, interfaces and equipment.
• Sets up projection screens, plasma TVs and speakers.
• Installs AV systems on client sites.
• Reads blueprints and wires VTC/IPTV/AV racks.
• Manages AV/IPTV/Video projects with various equipment models.
• Understands testing and corrective action for VTC/IPTV/AV systems.
