AAC Inc. is seeking an experienced AV/VTC support specialist to deliver onsite hardware, software, and collaboration tooling for meetings, conferences, video streaming, and large online events at our Washington, DC-area offices.
The role requires 6+ years in AV/VTC, strong written and spoken communication, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and eligibility for an agency public trust suitability prior to start. Travel may be required to support customer needs.
Provide AV/VTC support to include, but not limited to, onsite support, ad-hoc services, video services, video streaming, production, travel, and training as needed. Other ad-hoc services may include, but not limited to, remote support and/or evaluation of field office AV/VTC requirements. Support AV/VTC events, including but not limited to, meetings, conferences that require AV/VTC hardware support, public address system with multiple microphone/line level sources, public display for live/recorded/VTC video, computer display, and open/close caption. Use online cloud services to produce and support video conferencing, online meetings, and large online events with audience participation/interaction, and reporting using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Web Ex, and Zoom for Government. Additionally, able to support video webinars and breakout rooms. Utilize a single point of contact for receiving AV/VTC service calls, documenting trouble tickets and resolving AV/VTC problems at any HQ or field office site. Resolve trouble tickets related to AV/VTC.
This position requires full-time on-site support.
