Job summary

JW Affinity IT in Littleton, CO seeks an AV/VTC Support Operator to manage scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting of video conferences across client environments. You will handle on-site and off-site events with attention to detail and strong customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in VTC/AV support, proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools, and the ability to work independently and within a team. On-site, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

AV/VTC Support Operator

Job Description

One to two years of experience working as a VTC Support Operator. Services to include scheduling, monitoring, managing, troubleshooting, and manipulating audio visual equipment in a command center and videoconference room environment with extensive proficiencies in customer service, detail research, and end‑user computing devices, as well as support of on‑and off‑site large scale executive events.
