Job summary

Moody’s is seeking an experienced UCC AV Support professional in the United States to ensure seamless meeting room, event, and collaboration technology operations. You will manage equipment moves, pre-event testing, and live event support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong Teams/AV systems knowledge, enjoy customer service, and can handle escalating incidents while maintaining high quality service across global offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in AV Support or related field.
• Strong technical and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting live events and VIPs.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Moves and Physical Setups for Events including transporting, setting up, dismantling AV hardware.
• Pre Event testing of all AV systems to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Event Support: assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events with focus on VIPs.
• Collaboration: work with Operations and Engineering teams, manage incidents and troubleshoot AV tech.
